Still waiting to hear if a decision has been made regarding the defibrillator.

Asked Parish Council about defibrillator and they are looking into asking the Dun Cow to have it in their frontage.

Will be using a new insurance company----

We have received an application for funding from the Infant School.

Tudor Rose Wood turning group from Daventry will be doing a demonstration at the fete and inside the hall for power.

Band night 19th May. There is a support band for Friday night Classic Rock Band Night. Can we ALL put the word out to sell tickets please.

Road closure meeting with the management agency and Rob next week.

Sea cadets might be able to attend the fete?

Mike talked about Best Village competition – Fingers crossed. Thanks to Mike for efforts here.

Band Night, Karen and Wendy on bar (Neil and Fiona will also be available to help)– Rob, Nigel and Fiona on door – decorate room from 5:00 – Wendy to get snacks.

Progressive supper: Date in diary 10th June please contact Fiona re taking part. Fiona has sent the information to the schools.

BBQ sauces to be purchased from Bookers: red 8, brown 3 and mustard 2, Medium and large gloves, Strong serviettes

Road closure signs along with Dunchurch fete signs need to be sorted.

Volunteers needed for - Face painting, BBQ, gate rota please. Contact Rob

Walking floats only due to insurance constraints. Judged at the school but prize awarded on the field. Email organisations to see who is in the procession. Corralling tape and rope to manage the procession and pedestrians entering the field.

Edward Knight possible sponsor something at the village fete.

All organisations need to be contacted about their stalls and contributions to the event

First Aid cover – ask Sue Waddington from Rugby First Aiders.

Make ‘Info Board’ for fete details and print the certificates.

Raffle tickets being sold now – if anyone wants raffle tickets to sell at work or to family contact Rob. Some distributed and to be sold around Dunchurch.
