EXPERTS IN TRENCHLESS PIPE LINING DUBAI - UAE NON RESIN PIPE LINING METHOD The APS Liner hose is connected to the existing pipe using APS Line connectors. The high-pressure connector consists of a contoured internal core and external sleeve. The external sleeve has a malleable steel jacket on the inside. A resin, which is injected through a valve on the external sleeve, forces the steel sleeve and APS Liner into the contours of the internal core. So we obtain a durable, pull-proof connection. Connector The NSF 61 approved APS- P Lining (Virgin PET: Polyethylene Terephthalate) System is a non-invasive option for leaking underground water services with inside diameters from 1/2" to 2". The AES- Potable liner forms a continuous barrier between existing pipe and drinking water – ideal for Lead Replacement Programs. The liner can be installed in steel, copper, plastic and lead pipes, and in lengths up to 300ft and then expanded to final diameter with calculated water pressure and temperature circulation. The smooth bore and thin-wall liner provides the same or increased flow capacity. APS- P liner is a class B semi structural line made of PET of a minimum life expectancy of 50+ years. In the event of a pipe leakage problem, early detection of the exact location of damage and consequent repair guarantees savings in time and money. That is why APS utilizes the latest technology in pipe inspection services to eliminate the uncertainty for clogged or leaking pipes. Our staff of licensed, insured, and highly skilled technicians are on call to accurately diagnose the specific cause of a leakage, repair the damage, and ensure a non-recurrent solution.

APS-D CIPP Liner is the best lining proposal for sewage & drainage pipes that have large fissures and cracks. The pipe is inspected with the newest CCTV inspection technology when the defected areas are highlighted and analysed, consequently the pipe is measured and the liner is prepared.

Note that for pull in place procedure two access points are needed: one to feed the liner and one to pull it through. Air is introduced into the liner to open the sleeve and hold it against the inner walls of the pipe until it dries in place. This liner is suitable for Sewage/Drain pipes of ¾” – 63” in diameter and APS can install up to 500 Lm in length in one shot.

The liner is then installed either through pulling in place or inverted in place procedures. (The place being the area of the pipe that needs repair).

While inverted in place procedure is innovative with the request of a sole access point.

The epoxy mix is prepared as per APS design team criteria, to be impregnated into the liner.

Sewage & Drain pipe lining

APS CIPP point repair liners are great for fixing leaking pipe joints (ranging from sizes 4”up to 36 “ pipes), keeping roots from growing into pipe joints, repairing cracks or broken pipes.* and for fixing/repairing the cement or Protector 401 lining on ductile iron pipes.

Gaseous, oil & chemical media represent a special challenge to trenchless pipe rehabilitation.However, APS special liners with an inner layer made of permeation-reducing plastics and the seamless production of up to 4,500 metres of the Liner have made it possible for pipelines from 6” up to 20” in diameter to also be renovated by APS.

A monitoring pipe with a fitted valve which is affixed to the old pipeline allows the system-specific annular space to be monitored after the renovation work.

The APS Liner is inserted into the host pipe from small construction pits - thus avoiding large roadworks. APS Liner is not attached to the host pipe and is self-supporting. An annulus remains between Liner and the host pipe. Via a specially developed high-pressure connector on each end, the liner is connected to the host pipe (steel, iron cast, PE or other materials), and thus to the pipe network.

APS liner has short rehabilitation times and rapid recommissioning, and thus represents not only an inexpensive alternative to open trench rehabilitation, but also a high-quality method for the renewal of pressure pipes.

APS Yellow, Blue & Grey liners are class C structural liners that acts as a pipe on their own.

OIL & GAS pipe lining

Due to its multi-layered structure and very small wall-thickness, the APS Line hose provides both flexibility and ultra-high material strength.

The outer layer - regardless of medium - is made of wear-resistant PE. Seamless aramid fabric is between the inner and outer layers, functioning as a static load-bearing layer.

The inner layer of the hose can be selected for the specific media.

APS special liner is produced in nominal diameters from DN 150 to DN 500.
