My Switch

• My Switch is a tool that provides information about the Digital Switchover

• For each area it provides information about coverage/signal strength

• Can be used in combination with the indicative channel plan

What’s next?Implementation (restack) stage

• Project Implementation Manager (PIM) has been appointed.

• A small number of sites have already been restacked.

• Major work is planned to start in Q2 2013.

• Restack required to be finished by December 31, 2014.

• About 400 sites need to be restacked.

Implementation – key objectives

• To complete project by the end of 2014

• To minimise disruptions to viewers• E.g. to minimise the number of times the viewers need to retune their

receivers

• Order in which sites are restacked is sometimes determined by interference limitations
