To, Dated-26/02/2013 The Officer In-Charge Barpeta Road DTDC Office, Assam Subject- Excess charging for Parcel(Lite-Surface Mode) from Barpeta Road to Mumbai Sir, I would like to inform you that I have sent one parcel by lite-surface mode from Barpeta Road to Mumbai. Barpeta Road is situated at Barpeta District. Consignment no- D11294893. In DTDC website the charge for the parcel weighing 8 Kg using lite-surface mode from BARPETA TO MUMBAI-400062 is given as Rs 440. But Barpeta Road DTDC Office had taken Rs. 1040. I have got the receipt with me. I have contacted the DTDC personal at Barpeta Road office and also sent email to [email protected]. But nobody replied to me .
