    Dont Care of Personal Development

Personal development includes activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitates employability,

enhance quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and

    aspirations.

"......That every man receives only what he makes an effort for: so his effort shall be

noticed; then he will be rewarded to the fullest extent." (Quran: 53:39-41)

The concept is not limited to self-help but includes formal and informal activities for

developing others, in roles such as teacher, guide, counselor, manager, coach, or

    mentor.

Finally, as personal development takes place in the context of institutions, it refers to the

methods, programs, tools, techniques, and assessment systems that support

human development at the individual level in organizations.[1]

At the level of the individual, personal development mainly includes the following

    activities:

    1. Improving self-awareness and self-knowledge

    2. Building or renewing identity and Developing strengths ortalents

    3. Improving health and wealth

    4. S piritual development and Identifying or improvingpotential5. Building employability orhuman capital

    6. Enhancing lifestyle or the quality of life

    7. Fulfilling aspirations and Initiating a life enterprise or personal autonomy

    8. Defining / Executing personal development plans and Improving social abilities

Factually a Person is Composed of the Two Basic Phenomenon

    in regard the context;

    1. True self: - as we were born to be, before we developed an alter ego. The reflection

we see in a peaceful scene of nature, standing on our own, butnot alone, at one with all That, and only that which you brought

with you to this life is who and what you are meant to be.

    3/3Its all in our heads.

Example of True self is a perfect garden of love, inspiration, happiness and ideas.

False self: - being what others expect of us. Trying to make an impact on other people.

Working the pecking (coup) order in family, society, workplace etc. Playing ego

    games. Projecting an identity.

Example of False self is that the garden has become overgrown with weeds of

expectations, fear, anger, sadness, and doubts.

Now, Dont Care of Personal Development means; - false self is tryingto be somebody - (else)!! For heavens sake, we already are somebody. Now; if we don't

stop trying to be someone else we will eventually lose sight of true self - of who we really

    are.

Hence Do not care of Personal Development is an injustice with ourselves

as well as to whom it has to do some thing-with e.g.,

    We are living with.

    Perception, nature.

    Our status and belief.

The map illustrates the phenomenon: That how we see

whats out there in the world. First the dimensional world

is picked up by our senses. Then our senses report to the

brain which categorizes, files, and sorts the data in the

mind according to instructions from the EGO (False Self)

and its subconscious programs. Then the info deemed

appropriate by the EGO to its ends is available forviewing by the True Self with the EGO claiming our

    identity [4].
