Place your desired images onto Photoshop editor.

The image on the right is where the text will go for the article, so to lessen the opacity for the words to be seen clearly, click the blending options tab and decrease the opacity to a decent amount.

Use ‘Photo Filter’ to filter the images. Both images will be filtered simultaneously because they are on the same layer.

Select ‘Channel mixer’ to exaggerate the blue tint.

Use channel mixer’s constant option to make brighter colours more prominent- move the toggle towards the more red side.

Add masthead with artist’s name.

Add rectangles to extend the ‘N’ and ‘M’

Add subheading

Add rectangles to contain quote

Add main quote

Insert rectangles for editor and photographer text

Add another rectangle and use the overlay option in blending options for effect.

Add text

Add page number box/ tab using rectangle tool, and add numbers in box, with music magazine’s website beside it

Begin to add article text

Add rest of text, but leave space for pull quote.
