Place main image into the editor

Add ‘contents’, but use the sideways selection tool for the text.

Add tab which will contain page number.

Add page number.

Add rectangles which will be headers for the contents features subheadings

Include segments subheadings for the contents page

Add month and issue number.

Add the page numbers of all features.

Add the two sub-images and the tabs at the left hand corner for page number.

Add page numbers.
