CORPORATIVE HISTORY

Cargolet starts operations in 1992 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mxico. The company intro-duces professional epilatory products, creating the !rst cold epilatory wax.

During the following years, our comercialization expands all the way across and down the country, achieving recognition as a brand with national presence.

Its in 1999 when Cargolet incursionates on the fabrication of capilary products under the brand EuroStyle. When fabricating the !rst Silicone in the country and counting with a broad customer chain in the whole country, the result was immeadiate success.

For the year 2006, the company !nds itself consolidated in the professional beauty market on a national level and its when we start incursionating on the reatail market; our !rst step was launching our products in Farmacias Guadalajara, who, as of today, has around 1,000 point of sales.

For the year 2010 we reinvent ourselves again when we create the brand EuroFruites, which is a capilary product brand with new and unique fragrances, for a speci!c unatended market. Again, the launch of this brand represented an immeadiate success.

The consolidation in the retail market arrives in the year 2011, when we settle operations with Wal-Mart on a regional level and the retail chain DAX. Actually, we are suppliers for Grupo Corvi (Organizacin Sahuayo y Super Pack), Casa Ley, Almacenes Zaragoza, Santa Fe, y Waldos, among others.

Recently, weve been working on the reingenireeing of all of our products, with the objective of standing out and being always on the cutting edge of beauty.

ABOUT COSMTICA CARACOL S. A. DE C. V.

Cosmtica Caracol is a mexican company with international presence, dedicated to the fabrication and merchandising of cosmetic products, focused on two primary lines: epilatory and capilary products.

Founded 20 years ago, the company has its production plant and company HQ in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, and a distribution center and a secondary head quarters in Mexico City. It has over 150 employees between the production area, adminstirtation and sales; the last one with foreign salesmen that cover the 32 states of the mexican republic.

Our constant participation in beauty shows has allowed us to incursionate with clients in Central America, which have prevailed faithfully in the course of the years. Ocassionaly, we send them technical employees to train their sales force, or to participate in some exposition in their countries.

Our restlesness for growing has led us to open a HQ in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2005 we launched our products and from this day forward we had the grateful experience of accep-tance and preference for our brands. We catched clientes from Posadas, Misiones, to Ushuaia in Tierra de Fuego. Unfortunately with the course of the years, the bolivarianan adopted policies by Argentina made unsustainble the importation. The encouragemente for the usage of national products, the customs shackles and the change on the currency of the dollar between the MXP made us close our HQ in Argentina in 2010.

In 2012 we started operations in Colombia and Peru.
