Goals for May

• Owners of specific requirements in document 11-05/0224r2 will present

• The group will then determine whether the presented requirement should be a requirement, or a non-requirement. Non-requirements are moved to the appropriate section (we track them to reduce rehashing old ideas in the future)

• Pat Calhoun and Veerma Anantha will create the usage scenarios document (using TGk and TGs format). A slot in May will be dedicated to discussing this document. New requirements may fall out of this use case scenario document

• The requirements document is expected to be completed in May

• Assign a permanent secretary and technical editor
