2. FOLDING DNA DAMAGE CAUSED BY UVA RADIATION LEADS TO MELANOMA AND NANOBOTMODELS ANIMATES FUTURE DNA REPAIRING PROCESS MEDICAL UTILITY The human body is continually exposed to mutagens that damage DNA, and factors such as LUV, environmental pollution and chemicals in the environment are capable of causing minor damage that can lead to cancer if the cellular repair mechanisms are not effective enough to offset these changes. Nanotechnology and robotics have future projects that can solve this problem by providing equipmentatomicand molecular sizes able to repair mutated genes giving it another approach tonanomedicine , these studies offer an alternative to improve the quality of life of the population and prevent Phenotypic and functional expression caused by alterations in the genome. INTRODUCTION Various diseases such as cancer and other mutations are now the engine that drives the studios to prevent this type of damage caused by changes in the genome. DNA and its role in heredity has troubled man for a long time and has proposed a challenge for their research. 5. DNA DAMAGE CAUSED BY UVA RADIATION LEADS TO MELANOMA NYU Langone Medical CenterJuly 2, 2010 6. DNA DAMAGE CAUSED BY UVA RADIATION LEADS TO MELANOMA Cells are continuously exposed to internal and external factors that cause mutations in DNA. 7. DNA DAMAGE CAUSED BY UVA RADIATION LEADS TO MELANOMA however there are repair systems as the P53 and other proteins involved in the recovery process to prevent the spread and transfer of information mutant. 8. DNA DAMAGE CAUSED BY UVA RADIATION LEADS TO MELANOMA A melanocyte is a cell of the epidermis which is responsible for producing melanin, a pigment of the skin, eyes and hair whose main function is to block solar ultraviolet rays, preventing damage to the DNA of cells exposed to these regions as light. 9. DNA DAMAGE CAUSED BY UVA RADIATION LEADS TO MELANOMA UV light induces the formation of free radicals in the melanocyte, and these interfere with processes such as transcription and replication of DNA to generate oxidative damage. 10. DNA DAMAGE CAUSED BY UVA RADIATION LEADS TO MELANOMA melanocytes are unable to repair DNA damage as easily as other types of cells have a higher mutation rate, often without even the effects of sun and are more susceptible to developing melanoma 11. PERSONAL COMMENT I think that exposure to sunlight, environmental pollution, and other external factors play an important role in DNA damage, the irresponsibility of mankind and the damage to the ozone layer in addition to the lack of awareness and care, are today against the integrity of our genome. 12. NANOBOTMODELS ANIMATES FUTURE DNA REPAIRING PROCESS Medical Science News March 22, 2010 13. NANOBOTMODELS ANIMATES FUTURE DNA REPAIRING PROCESS we know that all cells have the ability to repair their DNA by developed and efficient systems. 14. NANOBOTMODELS ANIMATES FUTURE DNA REPAIRING PROCESS however these repair systems can sometimes fail and causing mutations in the genetic information. 15. NANOBOTMODELS ANIMATES FUTURE DNA REPAIRING PROCESS nanoroboticsand nanotechnology open the horizons for regenerative medicine with elaborate computer systems that allow DNA repair by specialist teams of molecular sizes. 16. PERSONAL COMMENT I think that humanity today alongside nanomedicine technology and finding alternatives that are able to offset the damage of DNA breakthrough and opening a uncharted horizons for the repair of our genetic information, jumping into the history and exceeding the capacity of evolution. 17. MEDICAL UTILITY The human body is continually exposed to mutagens that damage DNA, and factors such as LUV, environmental pollution and chemicals in the environment are capable of causing minor damage that can lead to cancer if the cellular repair mechanisms are not effective enough to offset these changes. 18.
