From the Desk of Father Pauselli
Congratulations to Vincent James Baress who will be baptized this weekend at Divine Mercy. Vincent James is the son of Sean and Mari Beth Castaldi Baress and was born on July 23, 2016. May the Lord bless Vincent James and his family on this most special occasion. I accepted a check from Maine Source during the week for $1,348.00. For the second consecutive time we were the top award in the Maine Source Giveback Program. Thanks to all who have signed up for this pro-gram. There are forms in the center vestibule of the church to sign up for this program. Our parish will then benefit from all your purchases at Maine Source, The Collection for the Church in Central and Eastern Europe illuminates the way for the people of the region by helping Catholic organizations provide affordable shelter and training to seminarians, in addition to provid-ing pastoral care and catechesis. Your donation this weekend helps restore the Church and build the future in the aftermath of Soviet rule. Thank you for your gift this weekend for the Church in Central and Eastern Eu-rope.
