Chef I Nyoman Ariyanta prides himself on preparing crea-tive and innovative meals and considering the beautifully presented dishes that i see coming from the kitchen,I was not surprised to learn that he has become a chef for 20 years. And he wanted to bring Indonesian cuisine specially Ba-linese on the international scene.

Today,he has prepared us some of his signature Indonesian dishes,starting with Ikan Bumbu Seribu.Ikan in indonesian is fish,Bumbu seribu is Thousand spices.So,Ikan Bumbu Seribu it means Fish with Thousand Spices.featuring aro-matic spiced marinated fish with Balinese blend spices and Sambal Matah/Balinese Salsa of lemongrass,shallot and chili.Cause both are traditional balinese spices,so it makes an excellent flavor.Ayam Taliwang follows,a piquant and unique flavor from lombok island.Ikan Bumbu Seribu

The ultimate juice specialty of Alcedo is a must try,Tamarillo Juice.The tamarillo fruit is a very good source of vitamin C, and is low in fat and calories. It may seem like a regular juice at first sip,but you will soon taste the difference.

We round off the meal with a selection of their new desserts, a special Gending Kedis Cheese Cake Strawberry Sauce and Es Cendol Jepara.You must try both.Especially Es Cendol Jepara.Cause that is an Indonesian classic dessert.The dessert’s basic ingredients are coconut milk, a worm-like jelly made from rice flour with green food coloring (usually derived from the pandan leaf), shaved ice and palm sugar.
