WHAT IS DIGITAL DIVIDES ?

According to Martin Hilbert (2011) refers to a gap amongst

those who do have access to and those who do not have

any access to the modern use of Information and

Communication Technology (ICT) devices due to variety of

reason

Some can use the digital devices and some fail to use it

requires people to change their attitudes towards the

use of technological devices

However not every person can have access to the

modern technological devices due to different

reasons.

Nevertheless this will mainly focus in the self-review

in terms of digital divides in my school
