    Background of the study

    Diet is synonymous among students of FSR, this is because the students

    very concern about the importance of health. One of the strategies has

    been planned to increase the awareness of dieting habits among the FSR

    student. Our report project included the study of understanding dieting

    habits among students. We had identified almost all students of FSR are

    concern to stay healthy trough proper diet.

    Statement of the problem

    UiTM Perlis always stress about the importance of dieting habits

    among students. But, the problem is the students were complainedabout the lack of information about dieting facts. It was difficult to

    them to understand how to apply a proper dieting habit in their

    daily life. Many factors can contribute to the awareness of dieting

    habits. Wehas indicated that it would like more information about

    dieting facts among students.
