The Development Services Department entered into an agreement with GSO Architects to provide architectural review and guidance to the Town for future commercial and multi‐family developments in Prosper. Lisa Swift, Executive Vice President of GSO Architects, will serve as the primary point of contact to the Town and will work with staff in making recommendations to ensure new developments contribute a positive image of the Town, as well as offer suggestions on potential improvements to the Town’s architectural design standards. The Department’s staff is committed in utilizing this outside professional service without delaying the standard review and approval process.
