Do you have a list of contractors the airport is working with? Through this RFQ the Port Authority is seeking to prequalify Respondents to be invited to participate in future Requests for Proposals or Lease Offerings for the planning, design, construction, operations and leasing of airport cargo, hangar, maintenance and other aeronautical support facilities. A list of contractors at the airport will not be provided. 2. Are you just looking for Teams on this or can we submit solely? Both Respondent teams and individual firms that meet all qualifications and present the required information and materials set out in the RFQ are encouraged to submit a Statement of Qualifications. 3. If we submit and are approved, what is our obligation and when do we know the terms? Respondents who have submitted Statements of Qualification that the Port Authority has deemed responsive and has met all requirements and qualifications set out in the RFQ will be placed in the pool of prequalified Respondents. The prequalified pool of Respondents will then be invited to submit Proposals during a future Request for Proposal (RFP) phase or Lease Offering. The RFP will contain more detailed

1. Do you have a list of contractors the airport is

Through this RFQ the Port Authority is seeking to

4. Are you able to provide the file in Appendix D on

Page 49 in a different format? I am not able to zoom

in to read the text and was unable to read when we I printed, as well.

A new file format for the the SWF Cargo and Hanger

Facilities ALP map is provided below.

5. Will there be the opportunity to visit the sites for the

bid submission?

There will not be an opportunity to visit the sites in

advance of the deadline for the submission of the

Statements of Qualification.
