The DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park was formerly the personal estate of

Julian DeCordova (1851-1945), whose passion for art and its cultural significance

motivated him to establish the museum. In the year 1950 the majestic, castle-like residence, along with 35 acres of rolling

parklands overlooking Flint’s Pond in Lincoln, was transformed into a renown

contemporary American art museum and studio art school.

Monday – Thursday 9:30 am–7:30 pm Friday – Saturday 9:30 am–5:30 pm

Sunday 10:30 am–5:30 pmTours of the main galleries take place

• every Thursday at 1 pm and Sunday

at 2 pm.Tours of the Sculpture Park are given
