The design originated from the theme of clouds, and was influenced by information gathered from community engagement. The artwork draws on West African patterns and symbols as a universal language that exists beyond cultural and ethnic divides. Drawings on these fabric artworks are hand-made, scanned, then enlarged and heat- transfer on to the material.
