Why have a support group?• This year again the demand for dementia training has continued to

increase but also the request for training which is more than an awareness-raising course

• Many organisations, managers and trainers are working in isolation when developing training resources. Networking with others will ensure a better understanding and benchmark quality

• Training and learning will need to be sustainable, by working together

this could be better achieved
