Set in 1400 acres of beautiful countryside and voted as having one of the 'Top Ten Views' in England, Deer Park Hall is an idyllic setting for any wedding.

The historic Grade II Listed buildings and grounds in Worcestershire are the perfect setting for your wedding day. We can cater for both indoor and outdoor civil

ceremonies & wedding receptions for up to 150 guests and can deliver peace of mind that the venue is exclusively yours for the entire day. In addition we include a

set up day the day before your wedding (not available to Sunday weddings) to allow you plenty of time to decorate the venue to your personal taste.

The traditional Panelled Hall with beautiful open fire & Minstrels Gallery above is a perfect setting for civil ceremonies filled with character. Equally our Lambs Leap

Lawn houses a stunning wooden gazebo in which to hold your outdoor ceremony whilst you overlook the rolling Malvern Hills.

Your wedding breakfast would take place in our spacious Bredon room which offers breath taking views over the deer park, lavender garden and on towards the

Malvern Hills. The venue is complemented by our expertly landscaped gardens. The lawn, terraces, stream, wooden pavilion and waterfall offer a range of wonderful

areas for group photos, traditional garden games and reception drinks.

Deer Park Weddings

Civil Ceremony

We are licensed for both indoor & outdoor Civil Ceremonies for up to 150 people. Our traditional Panelled Hall with beautiful open fire & Minstrels Gallery above is a perfect setting for a civil ceremony filled with character. We can accommodate 120 guests in the Panelled Hall (with some standing) & 30 on the Minstrels Gallery. Equally our Lambs Leap Lawn houses a stunning wooden gazebo in which to hold your outdoor ceremony whilst you overlook the rolling Malvern Hills. The wedding couple, 2 registrars & witnesses must be seated/standing in the wooden gazebo during the entire ceremony. There is a £100 surcharge for an indoor civil ceremony and £400 for an outdoor ceremony. Civil Ceremonies may be held from 12.30pm Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays and from 3pm on Tuesday, Wednesdays & Thursdays. The contact number for the Worcester Registration Office is 01905 768181. You are able to book your ceremony up to 2 years in advance.

It is the wedding couple’s responsibility to make the necessary arrangements with the registrar and inform Deer Park Hall.

We have a range of beautiful local churches within a 10 mile radius of Deer Park Hall. The following churches range from quaint village churches to the larger grand Abbey in Pershore. In order to marry in any of the listed churches you must either: Have a connection to the parish – E.g. yourself or your parents live in the parish, you have been christened in the parish. Or Attend regular worship – regular worship is classed as visiting church at least once a month for 6 months.

Our Approved caterers will design a menu for your wedding breakfast and organise cutlery, crockery, table linen, glassware and service. They all come highly recommended and have been selected for the high standard of food & service they provide.

Our approved caterers will design a bespoke mouth-watering menu to suit both your tastes and your budget and there is a generous 'free corkage allowance' giving you ultimate flexibility. Your wedding host and experienced team of staff will be on hand offering a friendly and supportive service to ensure that your day runs

smoothly and all your needs are attended to, so that all you have to do is enjoy the moment.

Drink Options at Deer Park Hall

Deer Park Hall is a free corkage venue; this enables you to supply your own drinks for the day at no extra fee. You approved caterer will serve your drinks throughout the day. You may bring in one 75cl bottle of wine, sparkling wine or champagne for each guest attending the wedding breakfast free of charge. Our dedicated events team can help work out what quantities you will need for reception drinks, table wine & toast drinks.

We encourage individuality so if you prefer to serve a cocktail type drink such as Pimms for your reception drinks, you may substitute 3 bottles of wine or champagne for 1 bottle of Pimms.

You may also bring in non-alcoholic alternatives to be served with reception drinks free of charge.

Additional reception drinks can be pre-ordered from the Rut Bar at preferential rates to be served in the Hall or Gardens.

If you wish to provide any additional wine, sparkling wine or champagne above your corkage allowance you may do so for an additional fee of £10 per bottle.

We will stop serving your wine at the end of the meal, any remaining wine will be boxed for your collection.

How to Find Us: Directions from M5 Southbound

Exit at Junction 9 and take 3rd exit for A46 towards Evesham.

Continue for 2 miles then turn left at the crossroads onto B4079 towards Bredon.

After 2 miles turn left at the junction towards Pershore (B4080).

Take the second right towards Eckington

Continue straight for 1 mile and DPH will be on your right.

Directions from M5 Northbound Exit at Junction 7 and take 1st exit towards Pershore.

Continue for 6 miles through Pershore high street then take a right onto Pensham Hill towards The Combertons.

Continue for half a mile then take a right towards Eckington

Continue and take a right at the junction towards Eckington

Follow the road for 1.5 miles and DPH will be on your left.
