We are happy about your arrival and we will try to make your stay as pleasant as

possible. As announced we sent you the journey description with other valuable tips!

Please print out the separately received Confirmation Order and this writing and bring it with you to show

it at the entrance.

In order to get to the entrance please follow the CAMPING PINK signposts or this instruction:

Directions: Attention. Access is only possible via Sachendorf at any time. Please be aware of the Oneway Direction Traffic System!!

From the motorway S36 (Knittelfeld west) take the L549 North, after 300m veer slightly to the right towards Sachendorf, follow “Obere Sachendorfstraße” left towards Gaal.

Follow the Follow “Obere Sachendorfstraße” for 2,3km then take the left towards the wooded area branch off towards the right where you will find Camping PINK at BIRKMOARHOF.

Follow the labels and signposts!

Upon arrival to the campsite you will receive tickets, stickers and armbands for persons and vehicles, please place these appropriately, they ensure that you can enter and leave the site without obstruction or hinderence. Without the correct admission permits (in the form of tickets, stickers and armbands) access will not be possible.

There is a 100% entry control. Upon arrival you will also receive information’s, a voucher for a welcome drink and your coupon for the lottery.

If you have not prebooked through www.gpticketshop.com/de/f1/f1-grand-prix-oesterreich/camping/camping-pink-schoenberg.htmlist, on site arrival must be paid in cash. Should you need any wooden blocks, ramps or standing surfaces for your camper, caravan or motorbike, these can be borrowed

upon arrival (if still available).

• Campsite Camping pink at Birkmoarhof /Kneisslhof, is usually agricultural meadow used as and Motorsport F1 and MotoGP events is in the period most

• Well maintained sanitary facilities (hot water shower and toilet facilities) are centrally located directly at the Birkmoarhof or Kneisslhof.

• Power connectors (SCHUKO Socket outlets 230V, however no power 400V) are sufficient, you can but only when a written reservation at least 3

booking nights (if on Thursday travelled to is) be guaranteed. The charges for electricity are included in the price of the camping. Extension cable,

depending on the location with maximum 50 m to the nearest power distribution unit itself with bringing to. Please take into account that the power

systems for any type of heating (electric heaters, cooking/grilling power) were not designed. We reserve us the right to expressly to prohibit the use of

such electrical equipment. Bad or defective consumer, such as old refrigerators, defective cable drums, the access forbidden ...accordingly

permanently separated.

• There are no direct water and wastewater connections on the pitch.

• Fresh water connections are centrally located directly at the Birkmoarhof /Kneisslhof in the sanitary facilities and occasionally in own water containers

on the camping fields available.

• The water provided is not drinkable. Please boil the water before drinking accordingly.

• Grill fires are permitted only in suitable containers on the pitch (wood, charcoal, gas).

Firewood is not available; a lighting of a camp fire is prohibited without exception.

• Because no fix split plots (except written reservation in advance with a personal visit on the spot before the respective event, with latest arrival on

Thursday) are in place, have the possibility of choice of the place. This is however to be clarified with the staff of the organization. Should someone

your group arrive later, keep free yourself the necessary parking space. Level as well as "skewed" space, which according to the principle "comes first,

first draws" are be forgiven.

• The space per pitch is approx. 30 m² for car + tent, camper, car + caravan or with 20 m² for motorcycle + tent limited and not divided. The car parking

possibility directly on the pitch can be performed only after the space and cannot be guaranteed.

• It is without exception, you will not be permitted to move tents with trenches and fences.

• Waste in the containers provided for this purpose, as well as in the plastic bags given out upon arrival are to be disposed of.

• Is the access to the tent facilities offer Showmen and all persons who operate businesses, goods or sell are not allowed.

• Animals (dogs, cats,...) are welcome on the course, may however not free to roam around. The animal owner is liable for possible incidents.

• The nights sleep starts from 01:00 pm, then the volume of the speakers and music devices is to be selected so that coastal and other camping guests

are bothered (repeated failure we reserve us the right of a place reference).

• The possibility of a gastronomic catering is available directly at the Birkmoarhof or Kneisslhof .

• There is no possibility of a rental mobile homes, caravans or tents.

• For serious breaches of the regulations of the campsite, we reserve a place of reference.

• Case of early departure fees return is without exception excluded.

• To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have an info point directly to the Birkmoarhof / Kneisslhof , which is staffed from 08:00 24:00. There can

submit questions, wishes, suggestions and complaints. These we are within our means timely edit or seek solutions together with them.

• There is also a 24-hour telephone hotline 0043 (0) 677-619-751 82, to respond in an emergency.

• The use of the campsite is at your own risk. A guard does not take place. The campsite operator is not liable for damages of any kind (e.g. Accidents,

injuries, lost or damaged goods), which may occur with the use of the campsite. This shall not apply insofar as the damage done by the campsite

operators is been caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

• It is not possible to claim compensation for damages versus the owner of Camping Pink at Birkmoarhof in case of:

lightning strike, earthquake, flood, fire, road accident, hosage-taking, war, riots, terrorism, sabotage, strike, violent thunder storms, hail.

• By entering the camping area, you agree your data being used for informational and advertising purposes.

• Up until one week before the event no cancelation fees result. In the week before the event we will charge 50% of the whole price, and if someone

does not show without canceling his camping lot, we will charge the whole price.

• Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Austria for the decision of disputes is valid exclusively the Austrian right.

Attention:

At the formula 1 2017, there is not the whole marked surface Camping Arial of the Kneissl-Wiese, it’s a

smaller Part.

Besides, we do not offer additional gastronomy at the F1 Weekend 2017 at the Kneissl-Wiese.

Departure after the event: You can leave as soon as it is possible, depending on the traffic.
