So…. the perfect de-stressing day might be:

1. Get washed and dressed for the day, ands throw on a little lavender scent.

2. Start your day with a healthy breakfast and tea (I say green, but you choose).

3. Walk your dog, and chew a piece of gum while you do it.

4. Spend at least some portion of your day looking at nature.

5. Healthy lunch and dinner will help keep stress (and excess weight) at bay.

6. Watch something funny….or, better yet, laugh with family and friends.

7. A little relaxing music before bed will de-stress and help you into a good night’s sleep.
