Summary of QualificationsMy technical experience began in the US Navy where I studied and implemented basic electronic and mechanical skills. I continued training while in the Navy and evolved to performing advanced technical work, and then to developing technical documentation. Following my service in the US Navy, I have worked supporting various Government and Private projects as a Technician, Technical Writer, and Project Manager. The culmination of this experience has resulted in 16 years of technical experience, an AA in Electronics, and a BA in Project Management.
