parent / carers next week. We would
appreciate it if all outstanding accounts could
be settled before the end of term. Unpaid

Year 6 students have a substantial amount
outstanding, it would be greatly appreciated if
these amounts could be paid before leaving
the school.

could let the office know prior to lunchtime
(11.10am-12:10pm) or recess (2.10-2.30pm),
if your child has an appointment and you will
be picking them up during these times.
Office staff are not always able to fetch
children from the playground.

will be picking up your child at the end of the

The City of Sydney invites local schools to enjoy Sydney’s biggest pop-up adventure playground at Sydney Park on Saturday 9 November. The Big Adventure is an enormous screen-free family fun day with activities from bike adventures, mountain boarding and rock climbing to parkour, dancing and hilltop craft flying.
New activities this year include a NSW Police balance bike challenge for kids, and bike helmet painting. The breathtaking BMX stunt riders will return with four shows, along with the popular unicycle ballet, breakdancers and a silent disco.
Other attractions include the Taronga Zoomobile, eco walking tours, face painting, the City Farm, and kite and paper plane making.
Bring a picnic, feast on gourmet treats from some of Sydney’s top food trucks and enjoy a free bike powered smoothie.
The best way to get to The Big Adventure is to ride a bike or use public transport. St Peters train station is across the road and bikes can be taken on trains for free.
Bike hire and bike parking will be available. There will also be a range of cargo and electric bikes on display and available for test rides.
SYDNEY CITY COUNCIL CHRISTMAS FESTIVITIES
Kick off four weeks of Sydney Christmas festivities when the city centre comes alive with a street party on Saturday 23 November from 6.30pm. Enjoy roaming entertainers, pop-up stages, choirs, lights, kids activities, fireworks, decorations, a dance floor, food trucks, the Martin Place Christmas tree and Santa. Sydneychristmas.com.au
