Blink performed initial research

Ten scientist participants with a variety of backgrounds and skill levels

Questions vetted and supplemented by NSIDC

Post-research, both NSIDC and Blink created wireframes

Both sets of wireframes were tested, to compare and contrast

Seven participants; many were from previous research group

Final wireframes incorporated feedback on both proposals
