DEFINITION OF CUBISM
A style and movement in art, a new type of image was created using geometric shapes, dark and light shades, and forceful lines, to create a new type of image.

HISTORY OF CUBISM The name was suggested by Henri Matisse
in 1909 Developed originally in France by Pablo
Picasso and Georges Braque around 1906.
HISTORY OF CUBISM “Pre-Cubist" period (to 1906)
Between 1909 and 1911, the analysis of human forms and still lifes led to the creation of a new stylistic system---to transpose the three-dimensional subjects into the flat images on the surface of the canvas.

The building has got some typical Cubist elements. It seems to be fragmented, disintegrated and reformed back in its structure.
