One time his friend raced him on the cable. Almost on the top he looked for his friend but found on the ground. Then a person from the crowd wanted Laurie to fall down. This shows that he is courageous because He is not letting the person make him mad.

He practice climbing By himself with no one around. This is courageous because he might fall easily and get hurt.

He is going to climb the highest Mountain in the world.He is Not scared and they might be Great dangers during the climb

Helping otherpeople who needs help.Ex: snow covering people. This is courageous because he is helpful to other people and not letting someone down.

There was bad weather The other day and they Are still going to the top. ThisIs courageous because there Might be great dangers after That day.

There were trash every where And the storm blew the climbing Gear but they are still going. Courageous is Shown here because there might have not the right toolsAnd they are still climbing.

Even after climbing Mt. Everest He is still climbing every where in the world by himself.He is still climbing mountains all over by Himself and he has to carry a lot of things.

The book “To the Top of Everest “ was so good that it has gotten two awards,the children Choice award and the Canadian Book of the Year.

One of the character trait is determined. He is determined because his Friend challenge him to race to the top of the cable but while Laurie is Almost at the top his friend change his mind. He started to get tired and he Doesn’t know if he could make it. When he looked down he saw a crowd At the bottom of the cable. One of them said,”Stupid boy. I hope he falls.”That made him very mad and he is very determined to get to the top.

The last trait is cautious because the team is always cautious during the climb Because there are always danger during the climb. Saying “ one mistake is The last mistake u will ever make. I think it mean that if u make a mistake it is The last time u will make that mistake ever again.

I think the best room for Laurie is things that has a mountain theme in them. That will be a good room for Laurie because he has climb many mountainall over the world.

Ex: a chair that has some kind of mountain on the chair/sofa, the stove that Mountain all on the wall near the stove, ect.
