4. Effective ministry – Reveal His strategies for ministry and intercession

What to Look for in a Spiritual Counselor:

1. A close friend, one who knows the sheep, and whose sheep recognize his voice.

2. One who has a solid biblical orientation.

3. One who can sense the voice of the Spirit of God in his own heart.

4. One who is willing to commit himself to the sheep, who will invest his time and energy, and is willing to lay down his life for the sheep for whom he is responsible.

5. He himself receives counsel.

6. He is ahead of me in the area.

Father I have found it difficult trust leaders as a result of the things I have suffered at the hands of leaders and have now been reluctant to consider letting my guard down and asking anyone to be a spiritual counselor for me. 7 Biblical principles that support for the concept that spontaneous thoughts are the voice of the

2. Paga – the chance encounter (Pop into your head or dreamed)

The Hebrew word for intercession is paga, which literally means “to strike or light upon by chance,” or “an accidental intersecting.”

1. When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is the seed sown along the path.

2. The one who received the seed that fell on rocky places is the man who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. [21] But since he has no root, he lasts only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, he quickly falls away.
