Skills audit Jordan- director

I have been chosen as a director due to having strong leadership skills

when leading a project. Believe that I have the ability to keep the crew in

order. I have written the script so I want the production to go as I have

planned. I also am very good at giving advice to the director of

Photography for example I can give the director of Photography tips on

whether I think the shot is correct for the setting on the theme and

location. Also I believe I can make decisions which will make our

production and i believe that I can handle the pressure and make our

production company and short film successful.

Calvin- director of Photography

I believe that calvin is suitable for the role of being the director of

Photography due to the fact that he has an eye for a good shot also he

has a very good understanding of the rule of thirds. Calvin Is most

suitable for this position due to the fact that he achieved a grade B on his

Gcse photography course. Which means calvin is not new to cameras so

this means that he had knowledge of using cameras and editing

Deniesha- production manager

Deniesha is most suitable for a role like this due to the fact that she is

organised and always prepared. I find that she is a natural leader and

will not hesitate to step in if any team members are having any issues

with part taking in their role . She is a strong individual that will always

identify hazards in order to keep her crew out of dangerous situations

when shooting our short film production.

Producer- Eunice

I believe that Eunice is very much suited to this role due to the fact that

she is creative and open to the group's ideas when thinking about the

final product. She is an organised member very much like our production

manager. With Eunice’s creative ideas I believe that we can create a

successful film production with the help of crew.
