Our RangeCoppola Foods, a third generation Italian food family business from Salerno, in the South of Italy, offers a complete range

of Italian authentic high quality food products for the foodservice sector, including restaurants, pizzerias, quality chain

eateries, hotels and manufacturing customers.

Our portfolio includes four brands covering a variety of products from tomatoes and pasta to baked beans and truffles. All

of our products produced in Italy, mainly in the region of Campania in the South of Italy.

We are strongly positioned to generate value to our customers, whether it is from producing finest quality products, or

sourcing from a number of carefully selected well established Italian partners, or from delivering excellent service and

innovative solutions when needed.

COPPOLA | Gusto Italiano products are high quality, authentic Italian staples, cornerstones of the Mediterranean diet.

This premium range includes tomatoes,

legumes, extra virgin olive oil and pasta.

D’ARCO | Antipasti Italiani range covers high quality vegetables packed in brine, or dressed in oil.

The range includes aubergines, artichokes,

peppers, sun/ semi-dried tomatoes, olives, turnip

tops and moss mushrooms.

Hillfield range offers conventional canned

staples favourite in the original British recipes.

It includes store cupboard favourites such as baked beans, peas, pulses and

canned pasta.

Fontana FORMIELLO offers a variety of traditional

Italian standard essentials, and some special gourmet

products, sourced from carefully selected

specialised producers.

The range includes preserved vegetables and fruit, oils and vinegars,

pasta, rice, flour, bakery products, as well as truffle

products.

Our tomatoes are 100% Italian from a real Italian family!

Tomatoes are grown and packed in the South of Italy within 24 hours from harvesting.

San Marzano Tomatoes are P.D.O. certified (Protected Designation of Origin).

Our tomatoes have thick juice and contain no salt added and no calcium chloride.

We follow strict quality control procedures and quality assurance processes.

Our plants are fully certified according to the International standards – BRC and IFS.

They are natural with no calcium chloride, no ascorbic acid, nor preservatives.

Our all time favourite Coppola premium quality extra virgin olive oil is 100% Italian made from Campania olives!

Oils are available in variety of types of packaging and its sizes, including pet bottles, tins, tetra packs, and 2l and 3l size options in addition to typical 1l and 5l.

We follow strict quality control procedures and quality assurance processes and all oils we sell respect the IOOC parameters.

We bottle in a BRC grade A modern plant.

Balsamic Vinegar is P.G.I. certified (Protected Geographical Indication).

Our premium quality pasta is produced from high protein 100% durum wheat semolina and made according to age-old quality traditions in Campania!

It is shaped using bronze dies to produce the ideal consistency and porous surface necessary for authentic Italian dishes and then slow dried at low temperatures to preserve the proteins and to keep the pasta proteinic and organoleptic properties unaltered.

In line with the regular shapes, we particularly specialise in unique shapes typical to the region.

Our Torchietti shape is the winner of the Great Taste Awards 2013.

Other types of pasta, including flavoured, whole grain and extruded through Teflon dies, are also available on demand.
