Who is Contributor ???

Contributor has a dynamic personality.The contributor proactively takes up their

work.Contributor is a person who does something

beyond his/her duties. Contributor focus on their team’s goal rather

then his/her personal goal. He/Her know how to manage time.

Reason Of choosed Him As A Contributor. I have seen four quality in him.

1. Punctuality

2. Self discipline

3.Positive attitude 4. Time management

About Sajal Sir:Sajal Sir has 20 years of experience in a teaching field.

Sajal Sir is a teacher of Shree B.M. Commerce High school.

He always gets success in his way of teaching in science and maths and hence, we can learn and remember it easily.

He always takes his work seriously. He takes his work as a goal.

Personality difference between common man and Contributor• The persons whose mindset don’t change

with time are said to posses static personality.

• The general person have static personality.• The persons whose mindset change

according to time are said to posses dynamic personality.

• Person who posses dynamic personality is called contributor.

Work take as a challenge……During his carrier he had taken many challenges

although first , he has taken as a problem but then he thinks on that problem that how it can be convert into opportunity.

Many times, juniors are not work according to him at that time he likes to choose work as a team.

He always ready to take challenge from seniors and answering doubt of them.

Vision of success….According to my contributor his short term

vision is spend time with his son who lives outside the city which they live.

He want to spend more time with his family.Long term vision according to him is person

love him/her job and good person in society.

Job satisfaction …As per his views the job satisfaction may

internal satisfaction.He is a Teacher. So the education is the best

gift to society.He says , a good knowledge is easy to rich

mentality of society so his contribution is direct with society.

When student /students tell him that they were understand which they studied from him at that time he feels that he is the most successful person.

He is fully satisfy and happy with his life and job .

Form his opinion three quality are needed for become successful person.

1.Puntuality 2.positive attitude 3.Time management

Message for youth………According to him youth have many

opportunity to get fame and success.

Then why youth do not get success????

According to him youth have not the proper maturity and lack of discipline.

He also try to convey to youth have enough power , enthusiasms and proper guidance to become successful person.

Conclusion As per seen above quality and the characteristics I conclude that , the person I choose is Contributor.
