Tutorial Exercise w/comm. 15th June 2009

Quality Systems

Todays exercise is designed to test your research skills and allow you to familiarise

yourselves with the various resources available within SHU.

You have one hour to retrieve as much information as possible and return back to the

tutorial room for feedback to the group.

Task

1) Find as many different quality systems/procedures as you can using the availableresources.

2) Provide a reference in Harvard format for each of the systems sourced.3) Produce a simple paragraph which you could read aloud to the group which

describes the key features of each of the quality systems you have discovered.

When all students have returned to the tutorial room we will have a short groupfeedback session to close.
