The dog clean up problem is officially out of control. From one recent clean up operation, 21 bags were found having been thrown behind the shrubs. Clean up time can represent ap-proximately 1.0 man hours or more per day to pick up waste of resident dogs. That is wasted time that might be used to catch up on important maintenance issues. Thanks to the dog owners who fol-low the rules but we would still like to meet the people that cannot seem to stoop to clean up after their pet and especially those who are too lazy to dispose of the bags.
