“Procedural”motions
Rule changes possible every Congress for field, 3D and compound*
- non-Olympic/Paralympic - no reason to limit, but still up to Congress to decide
Opening up the possibility to hold Congress together with World Cup Finals
- gives more flexibility in finding host cities
World Archery – 17 May 2019
World Indoor Championships motion
Reason:
- number of participating countries decreasing- multiple countries do not fund non-Olympic formats now there is an alternative
- number of participants decreasing- focusing more on outdoor season
- value of World Champions title decreasing
For example: 3 medals with 5 teams in CW category
- difficult to find hosts (mainly because of low interest of countries)

World Indoor motionPossible solutions:
- stop World Indoor Championships (Archery GB)
- give World Champion titles at World Indoor Series Finals (Target Archery Committee)- open registration?
- combine World Indoor Championships with one of the indoor series stages (Norway)- as a part of regular event?
- separate competition/registration, same venue? (Latvia)
