Configure a new profile using POP to receive email in Microsoft Outlook 2003

Start MicrosoftOutlook 2003.

Name your profileand click OK tocontinue creatingyour account.

Choose Add a new e-mail account andclick Next.

Choose POP3 andclick Next.

Fill in yourinformation andchangedomain.suffix toyour own domainname (i.e.customer.se orcustomer.com) andname to your e-mailaddress. Then clickon More Settings.

Check My outgoingserver (SMTP)requiresauthentication onthe second tab, thenclick on the fourthtab Advanced.

Change Outgoingserver (SMTP): to2525 - this is a veryimportant stepotherwise you willnot be able to sent e-mail. Click OK.

Click Next to get tothe last step in theprocess.

Click Finish.

You have now created your account and will be able to send and receive mail using POP/SMTP in your Microsoft Outlook2003 client.
