PLENARY SPEAKERS Bill Meridian (Carter Memorial Lecture) has been in the investment and astrology fields since 1972. In 2002 and in 2016, he was ranked the #1 stock market timer in the US by ‘Timer Digest’. He has been writing the mundane column for ‘Dell Horoscope’ since 1990 and is a contributing writer at ‘Forbes’.com.

Christian Koenig is a certified astrologer with the German Astrological Association. He has a university degree in psychology, runs an astrological practice and also works as a depth psychologist and trauma therapist. He lectures worldwide on his astrological passion: the holistic view of the sky.

Safron Rossi PhD is a core faculty member at Pacifica Graduate Institute in the Jungian and Archetypal Studies MA/PhD program. For years she was Curator of the Joseph Campbell and James Hillman archives. Safron is editor of Campbell’s ‘Goddesses: Mysteries of the Feminine Divine’ (2013) and co-editor of ‘Jung on Astrology’ (2017).

Wendy Stacey is Chair for the AA and Principal of the Mayo School. She is the author of books ‘Consulting with Astrology’ (2012), ‘Uranus Square Pluto’ (2012, and contributed to ‘The New Generation’ (2012), ‘The Professional Astrologer’ (2016) and ‘Bitcoin Astrology’ (2018). In 2014 Wendy received the Charles Harvey award for ‘Exceptional Service to Astrology’.

WORKSHOP PRESENTERSLynn Bell is a Paris based consulting astrologer, author and teacher with a psychological, archetypal approach to a lifetime in astrology. Lynn lectures internationally, and was a longtime tutor for the CPA in London. She now teaches for MISPA online, as well as Astrology University. In 2016 Lynn received the Charles Harvey Award for ‘Exceptional Service to Astrology’. She is the author of Planetary Threads, and Cycles of Light.

Wade Caves is an astrological consultant and educator specialising in horary, electional and classical astrological technique. He was certified with honours from the Mayo School of Astrology and has

expert knowledge of traditional and modern psychological methods of interpretation. Wade teaches for the School of Traditional Astrology.

Dr. Benjamin Dykes is a leading traditional astrologer and translator of Latin and Arabic, who taught philosophy at universities in Illinois and Minnesota. He has published ‘Bonatti’s complete Book of Astronomy’ (2007), and ‘Traditional Astrology for Today’ (2011). Maria Blaquier’s studies include humanistic astrology, draconic, medieval astrology (MDA Zoller 2012), and horary with the STA. In 2001 she attained a degree as a coach and counsellor. Between 2001 and 2008 she attended the Center of Jungian Studies Fundación Vocación Humana (PhD Bernardo Nante). She works as an astrologer and vocational counsellor.

Tim Burness has run a busy astrological consultation and teaching practice at several points over the last 30 years, working with people from all walks of life. Rod Chang has studied astrology for over twenty years, both through self-study and through the LSA and the Faculty of Astrological Studies. His favourite aspects are mundane astrology and a humanistic approach to astrology. He is co-founder of the Academy of Astrology.

For the Faculty of Astrological Studies: Dr. Frances Clynes D.F.AstrolS. is the Vice-President of the FAS and a tutor at the Sophia Centre, where she teaches on the MA in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology. Frances began teaching in 1989 at the Irish Astrological Association and has taught in Ireland, the UK, the US and Denmark.

Jadranka Coic spends time either practising astrology or growing vegetables on her allotment in accordance with Moon cycles. She is a perpetual student who began studying astrology more than fifteen years ago, and now is doing QHP Diploma. She is the Treasurer of the Astrological Association and the Beginners’ Class Tutor for the Astrological Lodge of London.

For the Company of Astrologers: Jodey Collorick is a founder member of the Bristol and Bath Astrologers’ Forum. Jodey has been practising astrology since the early 1990s. He studied with The Company of Astrologers and is now a tutor for their one-year foundation and Katarche horary courses.

Mark Cullen studied with the Faculty of Astrological Studies and later completed Deborah Houlding’s STA qualification in horary astrology. He was chair of the Scottish Astrological Association from 2011-16 and has been mundane astrology moderator on the Skyscript website since 2010. Mark’s astrological approach is grounded in traditional astrological practice.  Kieron Devlin has had a lifelong interest in astrology. With a background in teaching in higher education, his approach is eclectic, including psychological, mythological, locational, asteroids, centaurs, traditional and non-traditional astrologies. He is building his consultancy having just completed a Diploma at the London School of Astrology.

Gill Dorren has been studying astrology for 30 years and was Vice President of The Astrological Lodge of London.  She has also studied Cosmology at The Open University and has a special interest in Quantum Physics. She has given many lectures on astrological subject and written articles for the ‘Astrology Quarterly’.

Anna Estaroth has a BSc in Psychology, an MA in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology and is a Fellow of the Association of Professional Astrologers International. Trained in family therapy, she worked in Edinburgh Royal Infirmary’s overdose unit and part of the trauma team. She is currently undertaking a PhD in Skyscape Archaeology.

Crystal Eves is a self-taught, psychologically-focused Canadian astrologer with over 30 years of client work. She holds a BSc in Psychology and expects to graduate from the Wales MA program this June. She is a member of the Canadian Chronobiology Association as well as the Canadian Positive Psychology Association.

Kim Farnell has been President of the Astrological Lodge of London since 2008, has lectured widely in the UK and overseas, and has been interviewed on TV and radio as an astrologer. She is the author of numerous books and her primary interest is the history of astrology.

For the Mercury Internet School of Psychological Astrology (MISPA): John Green is director of MISPA which offers a diploma course in psychological astrology. He also teaches for the CPA. He is the author of ‘Do You Love Me? The Astrology of Relationships’ and was the editor of the ‘Astrological Journal’ from 2008-13.

David Hamblin, M.A., D.F.Astrol.S., was Chairman of the Astrological Association for two years in the 1980s, and was a tutor for the Faculty of Astrological Studies. He has written three books: ‘Harmonic Charts’ (1983), ‘The Spirit of Numbers’ (2011) and ‘Harmonic Astrology in Practice’ (2019). His website is at www.davidhamblin.net.

Stephanie Johnson is currently the sole director of Esoteric Technologies Pty Ltd, and one of the creators of Solar Fire and Astro Gold. Stephanie is based in the beachside suburb of Frankston, Australia where she runs her software business and her own international consultation business and astrology report writing service.

Ryuji Kagami is one of most well-known and widely read media astrologers in Japan. He has also translated books by James Hillman, Liz Greene, Nick Campion and Maggie Hyde into Japanese. He holds an MA in Jungian Studies and is a visiting Professor of Kyoto Bunkyo University and Heian-Jogakuin University.

For the School of Traditional Astrology Jupiter Lai is a practising astrologer based in Hong Kong. She is a tutor of the STA School of Traditional Astrology and co-founder of Academy of Astrology, with the aim of promoting Western Astrology to Chinese communities. She also incorporates Chinese astrology, I-Ching and Feng Shui into her own astrological practice.

For the White Eagle Lodge: Jane Lewis teaches, writes and practises spiritual astrology through consultations and written work. Jane’s approach treats astrology primarily as a tool for personal development and spiritual growth, and her practice is informed by her wider interests in holistic practices, metaphysics, hermeticism and Earth healing.

Susan Lionti recently qualified from the London School of Astrology. She reads charts for adults and children, combining her passion for the craft with a wealth of varied life experience, which includes working in the City of London as a computer analyst, putting on raves, and running her own customer-focused retail business.

Ray Liu holds an MS in Finance and an MA in the History of Ancient China. He is President of the NCGR China Chapter and founder of the Beijing Culture Center of Astrology. A researcher, educator and author of the history of ancient Chinese astronomy, his scholastic specialties include the Chinese 28 mansions and 24 Solar Terms.

Omari Martin is a certified professional astrologer, life member of the AFA, and President of The Friends of Astrology. He is owner of SOULAR WISDOM™, a human personality and behaviour consulting business, and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa He has presented at Norwac, UAC and the Indian Institute of Oriental Heritage 2019.

João Medeiros is a professional astrologer, coach and author. He graduated in Economics and founded the CEIA (Centre for Education of Integrated Astrology). He has studied all branches of astrology in-depth and seeks a balance between the classical and modern approaches. He is a leading promoter of astrology in Portugal.

Olga Morales is the founder of Astrology for Gann Traders. She has been lecturing on the astrological trading methods of Wall Street trader and astrologer W.D. Gann since 2005. Olga has taught Gann methods throughout Australia and in Hong Kong, London, the UAE, and in New York with Bill Meridian.

Martin Sebastian Moritz is a psychologist, therapist and trend researcher based in Berlin. A consulting and teaching astrologer for over 20 years, he writes articles for astrological journals in Germany, Switzerland and the UK. He specialises in gender issues, psychological and karmic astrology and has written a book about the 8th House.

Fernanda Paiva is a practising astrologer with a BA in History and an astrology certificate with distinction from the London School of Astrology. She has been published by Flare UK and in ‘The Astrological Journal’ and she is currently completing the MA in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology at the University of Wales.

Giulio Pellegrini is a consulting astrologer based in Seattle. He has studied with the Faculty of Astrological Studies and is a certified horary astrology practitioner with the STA. Giulio is a recipient of the OPA Most Promising Astrologer scholarship and is a member of the AFAN Steering Committee directing the mentorship program.

Izabela Podlaska-Konkel has been an astrologer since 1998 and teaches at the Warsaw School of Astrology and Polish Astrological Association, both of which she co-founded. She runs one of the biggest and most popular Polish astrology websites, Astroportal.pl. She is also editor of the ‘Astrologia Profesjonalna’ magazine.

Robyn Ray has been a permanent student of astrology since the 1980s having studied with various bodies including the FAS and the STA. She’s delighted with the revival in astrology but feels that some aspects cannot be fully appreciated by a student using only online information.

Christina Rodenbeck writes one of the most finely crafted and clever astrology blogs on the net, The Oxford Astrologer, which will be having its tenth anniversary in 2020. She also writes a regular column for the ‘Astrological Journal’ on fashion, and for Infinity Astrological Magazine on “phenomena”.

Gali Sat Puran Livneh, ISAR.CAP, is a practicing full time Astrologer in Israel. She is ISAR’s GD in Israel, organizes local conferences as well as presenting in international online webinars and conferences. Gali is also a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and trainer and a mantra musician.

Anne C. Schneider has been studying astrology since the age of nine. She holds a diploma from the German Astrologers’ Association (DAV) and is also a certified Vedic astrologer. Her interests include classical techniques. In 2000, she founded a mundane astrology research group and organises their annual conferences. 

Henry Seltzer has been an astrologer for over 30 years, and a speaker at conferences for the past several. His publications include ‘The Tenth Planet’, about Eris, and the TimePassages astrology software for desktop platforms and iPhone/Android. Henry runs an active astrological counselling practice in Santa Cruz, CA.

Dr. Jan Seward is a clinical psychologist and astrologer using astrological divination both in traditional horary as well as for everyday client readings. A student of Dr. Geoffrey Cornelius, she is particularly interested in helping clients navigate the moments of their lives by the grace of the cosmos.

Richard Smoot is ISAR’s Operations Manager and publisher of the ‘ISAR International Astrologer‘ magazine. For NCGR–PAA, he is an examiner and publishes their journals. For OPA, he’s a group leader and trainer. At UAC 2018, he received the Regulus Award for Community Service.

Dr. Tom Stedall studied Physics at Cambridge University and holds a PhD in Physics from Bristol University in computational biochemistry. He was a visiting scholar in Philosophy and Religion at the California

Institute of Integral Studies, and is a research assistant to Rupert Sheldrake. He is a research fellow of the Schumacher Institute.

Cathy Stronach qualified with a diploma in Astrology in 1996. For over 30 years she has been practising and teaching Astrology and Qabalah. Cathy has been published in various magazines and papers. She now runs the Costa del Sol astrology group. Author of ‘12 Shining Lanterns – Astrological Wheel of the Year.’

Aswin Balaji Subramanyan has a foundation in Vedic astrology and developed a keen interest in Hellenistic and medieval astrological traditions. Being the founder and publisher of an astrological e-Magazine called ‘Celestial Vibes’, his major work is to integrate the Eastern and Western astrological techniques by respecting the cosmological differences.

For the London School of Astrology: Richard Swatton is a psychotherapist and musician who has been studying astrology for 40 years. He became a professional astrologer after graduating from the CPA in 1988. He is now on the staff of the London School of Astrology. His book ‘The Horary Process’ is due in 2020.

Dr. Mark Urban-Lurain is a Consulting Editor for ‘Correlation’, Secretary of the Society for Scientific Exploration, a member of ISAR, NCGR and AFAN and, from 2001–11, was a faculty member at Kepler College, where he taught research methods and statistics. His interest in statistical astrological research spans 40 years.

Lara van Zuydam is a London-based financial services solicitor and regulatory specialist, yoga teacher and mystic. She has a special interest in tarot, demonology and traditional astrology.

Leigh Westin (MS; MA; D.F. Astrol.S.; CA, NCGR-PAA, researcher, author) pioneered a declination premise, the LunarSeasonsTM theory, discovered fixed sign out-of-bounds Venus and Mars, and basis of true antiscia. Leigh is a NCGR- PAA Examiner and cited by ‘The Mountain Astrologer’ as “ a highly creative astrological thinker.”
