SHEQ-PRO was founded in 2009. We have evolved from a small safety consulting company into a thriving one stop SHEQ management and training powerhouse.Which provides services in all OHS aspects. We are mobile and flexible in our management approach, enabling us to adapt in the fast paced world of occupational safety. Assisting our clients dynamically to create and sustain a safe work environment. Establishing a reliable “Safety First Culture” by means of effective identification and control of risks and promoting safe working habits by effective training. Premises & Equipment – All our operations are based from our office in Pretoria where we mainly service Gauteng, however, we also have clients in other provinces and are therefore not limited to provide OHS services nationally. Our specialized staff have respective NEBOSH International, SHE Management, IRCA MSRM and RCat, OHSAS18001 and Iso14001 Qualifications. As a result we will be able to provide cost effective and professional services to provide continuous legal compliance to the OHS Act (85 of 1993) and Regulations, the COID Act and the Mine Health and Safety Act (29 of 1996). Our Nurses, Audiometrists and Spirometrists are qualified and registered with SANC & SASOHN. All of our training is currently outsourced to one of our contracted training

service providers (fully accredited with the SETA’s) due to the fact that our

accreditation scope of extension are in the process (HWSETA).

organization in the effective establishment of legal compliance and

the measurement of legal compliance in the workplace.

SHEQ-PRO will act as your “Health & Safety Consultant”. This service will

consist out of the following:

Auditing & Monitoring (Legal Compliance Audit – GAP Analysis)

Risk Management (HIRA)

Incident Management (Manage and ensure all incidents are properly

recorded, reported and investigated. Manage Incident Register.)

Develop/Revise/Re-implementation of policies and procedures

Training Needs Analysis

Ensure and manage all legal appointments as contemplated by the

OHS Act

Plan, maintain and control Safety Committee Meetings with

recommendations and feedback to management

Manage and ensure First Aid compliance

Manage and ensure Fire safety compliance

Develop/revise an Emergency Response Plan with procedures

Develop and implement all relevant registers, report forms, checklists

etc.

Two site visits per month to sustain the above.
