„M&D Unit d.o.o. Belgrade“ was founded in 2008 with the desire and aim to offer high quality engineering solutions in the following areas:.
1. Improving power quality, in
conformity with standard EN50160 and
2. Energy efficiency improving and implementation of energy management systems through standard EN50001
For a short time, MDU has become a
leader in these areas in Serbia and thank to its references and achievements, earned the trust of renowned clients.
We are proud to say that our clients are companies with top, modern management, such as Coca-Cola HBC, Bambi, Carnex, Dijamant, Pepsico-Marbo, Polimark, Henkel, Grundfos, West Pharmaceutical, Neoplanta, Titan cementara, Telenor, Telekom Srbija and many others.
Among others, we would like to emphasize that our Company was the first company that implemented a comprehensive Energy Management System in Serbia (in September 2012) which is fully compliant with EN50001 standard.
Also, only MDU has successfully implemented filter harmonics on the 20 kV voltage level in Serbia (December 2013).

Kompanija „M&D Unit doo Beograd“ je osnovana 2008 godine sa željom i ciljem da tržištu ponudi vrhunska inženjering rešenja iz sledećih oblasti:
1. Unapređenje kvaliteta električne energije, uz uvažavanje standarda EN50160 i
2. Unapređenje energetske efikasnosti i implementacija sistema za energetski menadžment kroz standard EN50001
Za kratko vreme MDU je postao lider
iz navedenih oblasti u Srbiji, a svojim referencama i postignutim rezultatima zaslužio je poverenje renomiranih klijenata.
Ponosimo se konstatacijom da su naši klijenti kompanije sa vrhunskim, savremenim menadžmentom poput Coca-Cola HBC, Bambi, Carnex, Dijamant, Pepsico-Marbo, Polimark, Henkel, Grundfos, West Pharmaceutical, Neoplanta, Titan cementara, Telenor, Telekom Srbija i mnogi drugi.
Između ostalog, izdvajamo da smo prvi (septembar 2012.) implementirali sveobuhvatni sistem energetskog menadžmenta u Srbiji, koji je u potpunosti kompatibilan sa EN50001 standardom.
Takođe, zaključno sa decembrom 2013. god. jedino MDU ima uspešno implementiran filter viših harmonika na 20 kV naponskom nivou u Srbiji.

HUMAN RESOURCES
MDU employs eight (8) employees, of which 6 (six) with University degree, and 2 (two) with College degree. On our disposal we have MscE engeneers (licences 350 and 450), telecommunication engeneers and software engeneers. With our subsidiary company „MB Elektro“ we have electrical installers with years of experience on our disposal. They are trained to work at height, near voltage (up to 35 kV) and in Ex environment. Installers are highly motivated and ready for the challenges of the modern industrial environment. Also, given that MDU performs multidisciplinary projects in energy efficiency area, we often engage experts in the field of mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, technology, etc. In this way we have created a business network of experts that is the best way to meet all the requirements of our clients.
TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
MDU have all the equipment necessary to carry out its activities.
In Production unit in Valjevo, we have a fully equipped electrical and mechanical workshop with modern, attested working machines and tools. We own four cars (4 pc), one delivery vehicle (1 pc) and related equipment for loading/unloading.
LJUDSKI RESURSI MDU stalno zapošljava 8 (osam) radnika, od čega je 6 (šestoro) sa VSS, a 2 (dvoje) sa VS. Na raspolaganju su nam diplomirani inženjeri energetike (licence 350 i 450) i telekomunikacija/softvera. Sa ćerkom firmom „MB Elektro“, na raspolaganju su nam elektro monteri sa višegodišnjim iskustvom, obučeni za rad na visini, u blizini napona (do 35 kV) i u Ex okruženju. Monteri su visoko motivisani i spremni za sve izazove savremenog industrijskog okruženja. Takođe, s obzirom da MDU izvodi multidisciplinarne projekte u oblasti energetske efikasnosti, veoma često angažujemo eksperte iz oblasti mašinstva, termotehnike, tehnologije i dr. Na ovaj način je stvorena poslovna mreža eksperata koja može na najbolji način da odgovori svim zahtevima naših klijenata.
TEHNIČKA OPREMLJENOST
MDU u svom vlasništvu poseduje svu neophodnu opremu za obavljanje svoje delatnosti. U PJ Proizvodnja, u Valjevu posedujemo komplet opremljenu elektro i mašinsku radionicu sa savremenim, atestiranim radnim mašinama i alatom.
Na raspolaganju su nam putnička vozila (4 kom.), dostavno vozilo (1 kom) i odgovarajuća oprema za utovar/istovar.
Za rad na terenu posedujemo prenosne atestirane precizne instrumente (mrežni analizatori, data logeri,
