Ejection machine HENNECKE imported from Germany is the lastest generation and most state-of-the-art PU chemical

ejection machine on the world at the moment. This machine can mix chemical

automatically by computer so getting extremely accurate therefore quality of

products always get steady density and right set up parameter.

MANI PRESSING MACHINEMANI pressing machine with the length 12m is imported from Italy. The preesing machine with modern technology makes the panel sheets absolutely plane (the wrong number is not over 1mm). Greatly accurate, to be convenient extremely for installing, increasing the beauty of project.

ROLLING MACHINE The rolling machine is imported

from Europe. The edge of machine can adjust for various kind of

profile and thickness of colorbond steel and stainless steel. Ensure

the joint slit between panel sheets from 1mm to 3mm.

Panel covered by clorbond steel for both two sides with thickness 0.5mm/0.6mm/0.7mm.

Panel covered by stainless steel for both two sides with thickness 0.5mm/0.7mm/1.2mm.

Panel for clean room, installed house and for insulating factory.

PRODUCTS

OUTSTANDING CHARACTERISTICS OF PU PANEL1. Insulate , soundproof well, difficult to burning. Noice, transfering heat prevention. Install easily and rapidly.

2. High fixative feature therefore installation for industrial factories is very convenient, not expend so much for the base. Shorten executing time, reduce the cost and the factories will be operational soon.

3. PU panel has light structure therefore no needing of support pole , economizing installing manpower and time.

4. When installing, not require large space, not influence on existing scene.

5. Materials and equipments, accessories for installing are always available. Don’t need the crane for lifting.

6. Be able to meet requirement for enlarging the project according to two ways : renovate premises or build more floor.
