THE CONCEPTCapture new trends to increase consumption of fruit and vegetables: this is the goal of the 2017 edition of FRUIT INNOVATION – the second since its debut – the global meeting point between demand and offer for the entire industry.

A new concept evolving from a traditional exhibition to a place of relationships and experiences, where fruit and vegetable products combine with the latest evolutions in food&beverage.

In addition, in this context fruit and vegetables acquire a higher value as the chance to educate people to healthiness in line with new lifestyles, both in domestic consumption and out of home.

Through the synergy with TUTTOFOOD and the partnership with Federbio, the exhibition will also place emphasis on the consumption of organic fruit and vegetables. The “Nutrition Area” will showcase a calendar of meetings and courses in cooperation with medical and scientific associations, featuring speeches by nutritionists, dieticians, wellness operators whose expertise will contribute to the goal of presenting the many benefits of fruit and vegetable products.

A two-yearly event competing with the strongest global shows, attracting major players to Italy - thanks to the conjunction with TUTTOFOOD, the international food&beverage event – and showcasing the top-level production of the fruit and vegetable industry system.

THE TARGET

FRUIT INNOVATION addresses multiple publics, as it’s capable of providing support to the entire industry and moving the interests of industry players. The showcased products and services stimulate the distribution industry to view fruit and vegetables as a way to bring increased value to the point of sale.

The second edition features new services benefitting exhibitors.

The Expo-Matching Program web platform, where exhibitors can enter their profile and schedule appointments in advance both with buyers visiting the exhibition and with TUTTOFOOD exhibitors using fruit and vegetables as raw material for their production.

The Smart Voice multimedia content aggregator, publicised to the entire visitor database, where participants can share their social channels (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.)
