1 Press Release “CNY Golden Viva Spectacular” – Taiwan station TVB artistes Eric Tsang, King Kong, Koni Lui and Cheung Mei Ni arrived at Taiwan to pre-celebrate Chinese New Year festival (Hong Kong – 30 January 2013) To celebrate the most imperative Chinese New Year, TVB, as a dominant television station worldwide, unleashes the international extravaganza “CNY Golden Viva Spectacular”, with its first collaboration with artistes worldwide. TVB artistes Eric Tsang, King Kong, Koni Lui and Cheung Mei Ni arrived at Taiwan from 27 to 29 January, to pre-celebrate the year of snake with Taiwanese and start off “CNY Golden Viva Spectacular”. This year, TVB has its remarkable collaboration with artistes from various countries, starting from Taiwan, to Korea, Malaysia and Singapore. Festival activities worldwide and ground-breaking performances delivered by renowned artistes will be included in the Chinese New Year celebration. Eventually, TVB and audiences worldwide will jointly return to the final station - Hong Kong to witness the arrival of the spectacular year of snake! Once Eric Tsang, King Kong, Koni Lui and Cheung Mei Ni arrived at the first station - Taiwan, they were warmly welcomed by Taiwan artistes, who were Bowie Tsang, “Circus” and Alan Ko, to name but a few. They visited famous tourist spots like Dihua Streets, Nanmen market. They further interacted with Taiwanese and enjoyed a Chinese family-gathering dinner. In addition, as to give their blessings to audiences worldwide, the four TVB artistes, and Taiwan artistes Bowie Tsang, “Circus” and Xiao Zhu, flew the sky lanterns and wished all the audiences worldwide a wonderful year of snake. Following Taiwan, TVB will lead the audiences to Korea and invite famous Korean artistes to pre-celebrate the year of snake. Remember to stay tuned to their spectacular performances!
