A new concept was born and with it a new way for people to preserve and protect the best of what they had for the benefit and enjoyment of future generations.

dessert during the summer. The origins of ice cream can be trace back to at least the 4th century B.C. According to the ancient references, scientists found that ice cream’s precursor was invented by ancient Roman. At that time, the emperor ordered people to find stuffs for he can’t endure the heat.
