Insight Solutions.Insight’s Location Service solutions have been used for:

connected to your organization’s existing business process system (maintenance workflow, HR,

health and safety and regulatory controls, contract fulfillment reporting, compliance monitoring,

live cams, control systems and so forth). In short, as an asset management reporting tool for senior

management our software tools lets you see your global assets on the map, monitor performance

andcompliance,planmaintenanceandoperations,andreportresults–quickly.

• ComplianceManagement–‘Insight’helpsyoutocontrolcontent,reducecostsand

manage risks. It can also save you costly fines and complications due to asset maintenance

and compliance errors. You no longer have to worry if your model is accidentally in violation of

regulations, contracts, or other considerations and agreements to which you may be a party.

• 3DVirtualWorlds–3Dgeo-visualizationenhancesyourbusinessintelligencebyproviding

greater context for asset review, management and presentation. Users can move through an

existing or proposed community, campus or office complex and view new buildings, new models

and infrastructure in a proper geo-located context.

• MapSystems–Withtheriseinexpectationsformapping,geo-visualizationisbecominga

containing geographic context will provide you with an alternative way of looking at data. A visual

approach to seeing data within a geographic context gives you greater insight into your assets,

web deployment and integrated GIS allows you instant visualization of land titles and interests. It

Jack Stepler, Executive Director: Jack’s role is that of Chief Strategy Officer. As a

member of the Executive Management team and working collaboratively with the CEO

and the CTO, Jack is primarily responsible for the long term strategic positioning of the

organization.

Jeff Warwick, President and CEO: Jeff is primary responsible for the business

development, finance and the general administration functions of the company.

Working collaboratively with the Executive Director and

the CTO, Jeff provides strong management leadership for

CloverPoint customers, team members and channel partners.

Karl Swannie, Chief Technology Officer: Karl is responsible for

leading the day-to-day production operations of the company

as well as the research and development activities related

to software development. Working collaboratively with the

Executive Director and the CEO, Karl ensures that CloverPoint

maintains our leading edge position with respect to Location

Our Customer Management Practices.

Following are the principles and criteria we employ in customer management within the

specific context of a contractual supply agreement:

1. We create and maintain an open, flexible, and collaborative relationship with our

customers.

2. Our services are aligned to our client’s business objectives and goals to ensure success.

3. We assign a senior level executive who is responsible for ensuring effective management of

our integrated services.

4. We see ourselves as our client’s Location Services business partner sharing in collective

credibility with the end consumers of our services. To achieve that goal we work side-by-

side with our clients to interface with their business units. Direct interaction increases

Management Reporting:

Throughout the term of a client engagement, we meet regularly to review financial reporting,

operational metrics and customer satisfaction in all areas of the business. Formal operational

reviews are conducted at scheduled intervals and in a format mutually agreed upon by both

parties. Individuals are designated for informal day-to-day management contact.
