Georgia 4-H Summer Camp at Rock Eagle in Eatonton, provides an outdoor summer program unparal-leled in the nation. Our array of workshops offers a hands-on experience that makes learning fun. There will be nightly activities, including a trivia night, a variety show, and the legendary Rock Eagle Pageant.

And, we offer swimming, putt-putt, nature trail and night hikes, crafts, and plenty of indoor and outdoor recreation time to ensure your week at camp will be fun-filled from beginning to end!

Camp registration is now open! The cost of camp is $345, which includes your lodging, food, transporta-tion, insurance, a 4-H camp t-shirt, and all activities. There are a limited number of spaces available.

Bring your completed camp application with a non-refundable $75 deposit to Richmond County 4-H Office at 602 Greene Street, Augusta, GA 30901.

The deadline to register for camp is April 1st. All camp fees must be paid in full by May 8th. Drop by our office any day, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00, to pay installments or the full amount before the payment

We are always in need of adult volunteers to attend camp, especially fathers. If you are interested, please call the 4-H Office. All adults will be required to complete an application, provide references, un-

dergo a UGA background check and attend 4-H Overnight Chaperone Training.

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE Partial camp scholarships are available. To receive a scholarship application, contact the 4-H Office at 706-821-2350 or email uge3245f@uga.edu. Scholarship applications are due in the 4-H Office by March 15, 2020. Scholar-ships will be awarded on the basis of financial need, not income. All scholar-ship applicants must have submitted a camp application and $75 deposit.

Earn money to pay for your camp by selling Country Meat Sticks, Vidalia Onions, or both. A por-tion of the money you raise from each fundraiser will be credited towards your camp cost!
