CITIZENS’ VISION Proposed LakeVista Medical Mart and Convention center Like the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, it bridges over railroad tracks. The LakeVista design includes an Amtrak station, is close to highways, and to Cleveland Hopkins Air- port via Rapid Transit access. For general aviation, Burke Lakefront airport is nearby. It’s a signature building with a lake view, it’s close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Great Lakes Science Center, the William G. Mather Museum, and it’s a short walk or ride to a lively downtown. A combination open and enclosed connector at long last completes Cleveland’s “Missing Link” joining the city to the lake and dovetails with the Port authority’s waterfront plan. Two design options, 400,000 sq. ft. and 490,000 sq. ft. plus a multistory building provide plenty of space. There’s even an en- closed connector to the Browns Stadium’s unique facilities for meetings, events, or dining. The LakeVista Center connects directly to the existing Convention Center, allowing it to generate income during and after construction, and providing a staging and storage area during construction. Once LakeVista is completed, the existing Center provides storage, overflow, and meeting rooms. Together, Cleveland gets an exceptional facility. LakeVista is the one design that benefits not only the conventioneer and the exhibitor, but also the general public – the citizens whose taxes will pay for the Center. CITIZENS’ VISION P.O. CITIZENS’ VISION

Proposed LakeVista

Medical Mart and Convention center

Like the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, it bridges over railroad tracks. The LakeVista design includes an Amtrak station, is close to highways, and to Cleveland Hopkins Air-port via Rapid Transit access.

There’s even an en-closed connector to the Browns Stadium’s unique facilities for meetings, events, or dining.

LakeVista is completed, the existing Center provides storage, overflow, and meeting rooms. Together, Cleveland gets an exceptional facility.

LakeVista is the one design that benefits not only the conventioneer and the exhibitor, but also the general public – the citizens whose taxes will pay for the Center.
