Having it all is not about striving for perfection, or about living our lives according to someone else’s standards

or expectations (we’ve done that for far too long).

It’s not about working ourselves to a state of exhaustion, spreading ourselves too thin, or trading inner peace and

contentment for outer trinkets of success.

Been there. Done that too.

Having it all simply means having access to all of yourself, in any moment you choose it, and in every

aspect of life that is important to you.

Go here to learn exactly how you too, can “Have it All”’

4 Questions with Christy whitman

C: I would like to ask you how do you define having your all in your life?

Colete Baron-Reid: My it and my all that’s a really good question because it has changed over the years. I need passion about what I do. And

right now for me having it all is having that passion and inspiration to do the work that I do. Really I love what I do and I think that is really crucial. As a result with me loving what I do that I get successful at what I do, so it all falls into place. Also knowing my lane. That is something that has really molded my direction when I say molding my lane that means when I am being totally authentic, magic happens, so that is also part of me having it all, it is. And of course I usually talk about my dogs first what it’s like to have it all Collette, and I say well I love Pomeranians. And Harley Davidson motorcycles. So that’s having it all my it thing. It doesn’t stay the same. Can I also add to that? Peace of mind has become more important to me than anything else and when I’m being really honest with myself and authentic, I am peaceful inside my body. I am not wanting or comparing or doing any of those things. I think that for me has been the greatest source of freedom. That’s what I mean about my lane being really clear about who I am and not worrying about who other people are. Just knowing the yoke of my spirit, my mind, the sense of self and what I contribute to the world, and also immersing myself in nature to that’s a big one also. That’s the thing that I have to have around me, too.

C: What’s the core belief that you hold to be true either about yourself or the universe for you to really experience your

life where you are really having it all?

Colete Baron-Reid: What great questions. I believe everything is connected; I believe how it think, how I feel, and the world of form around me as

all interconnected like a web of moving morphing energy and I am part of that web. My core belief around that is that every single thing is connected, thoughts are energy, beliefs are even greater

energy, emotions move that energy and when I am in a repetitive cycle I will coherently look for that in the outer world to reflect back what I know. Consequently because I believe so strongly that everything is connected I’m that much more mindful about what’s going on internally for me because there are certain things that can block all of that but ultimately when you are in that lane and you are going forward but you are also engaging in this, it’s an amazing dance and web. I could go on forever about that.

C: So when you’re in that state, in that present moment and you really feel like you do have it all, can you just describe

what it is of that essence of how you feel?

Colete Baron-Reid: Having. The essence is the word having. So it is without any attachment, there is no wanting there, it is just immersing in the

moment in the pure moment of having. Because when you have you don’t want you are not looking beyond. And it’s also selfless. There is no self involved I am in it, I am it. It’s not about I-it which is the way we see the world as I and it is the outside. I am part of all of it when I am in that zone it is a pure powerful and I’m not separate either. I am it and so is everything else when I’m in that zone.

C: What is one tip so others can feel that essence in their lives?

Colete Baron-Reid: I think being in a state of curiosity, is probably I think the most powerful way that we can enter into the world. Just allow

yourself to say: that’s interesting. It takes a way that identification where we are consistently and constantly saying I am this and I am that. Mostly what I’m talking about is when people say oh I am afraid or overwhelmed with all these blocks having it all, being in that it moment, you can’t be in that it moment when you are struggling with your human frailty etc. If we look into the world as an observer then everything is possible. Because if you are observing it all you think: oh I can choose. So I like to use my envision process for that every day. Again in order to have it all and be in that it moment I have to also accept that there is certain aspects of my human condition that are going to come up, bite me in the butt, and say you can’t have that so-and-so has more than you and there is not enough and whatever. There are those things a little bit of a shadow that says hey you can’t have that. So what I do is get into a space if you want to do it with me. You look at your thought feelings and beliefs as if they are a landscape. So my overwhelm looks like a swamp for example. So oh if it’s a swamp and I’m looking at it and therefore I am not it, if I’m not it and I am over here where else can I go? I can look and say oh that’s curious look at that, well who were my if I’m not my feeling well I am be observer of that. Oh so I can go and have that it factor and be in a different place now because I can move. I’m not anymore shackled to those difficult emotions. I want to go to my prosperity land. So I say wait a second I see that big fat meadow over there with all the good stuff going on with the apple trees etc. my dreams are being planted over there they are not in a swamp, let’s go over there. That’s a process that we teach at Envision. That’s a process I teach when I train coaches and I do it myself every day. I love how you train people on how to use the law of attraction you do it in such a way that is so powerful and acknowledging that we have the human experience it goes along with it. People say oh it’s not working for me and I say it’s working perfect for you because you are maintaining a negative state of mind you are going to get that exact attracted coherent dynamic between you and it. So change it get curious and think oh this is interesting what else can I do? Instead of I am stuck, no you’re not, I’m just looking in the place that I’m stuck in which represents stuck. I’m not actually stuck it’s just a place that represents stuck well where am I, I can go anywhere.
