New Capabilities with SAP S/4HANA
21PUBLIC© 2019 SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. All rights reserved. ǀ
#1 Engpässe bei externen Beraterressourcen
Risikobeschreibung
Beeinflusste KPIs
• Projektkosten• Projektdurchlaufzeit
22PUBLIC© 2019 SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. All rights reserved. ǀ
#2 Stetig ansteigendes Feature-Gap
Risikobeschreibung
Beeinflusste KPIs
• Projektkosten• Projektdurchlaufzeit
23PUBLIC© 2019 SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. All rights reserved. ǀ
#5 Fehlen einer modernen User Experience
Risikobeschreibung
Beeinflusste KPIs
• Mitarbeiterproduktivität• Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit• Qualität neu eingestellter Mitarbeiter• SAP ERP Akzeptanz beim Business
24PUBLIC© 2019 SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. All rights reserved. ǀ
Fehlende Fähigkeit, systemunterstützt Entscheidungen in Echtzeit zu treffen
Risikobeschreibung
Beeinflusste KPIs
• Mitarbeiterproduktivität• SAP ERP Akzeptanz beim Business

25PUBLIC© 2019 SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. All rights reserved. ǀ
#9 Reduzierte Innovationsfähigkeit
Risikobeschreibung
Beeinflusste KPIs
• Projektkosten• Durchlaufzeit und Agilität von Digitalisierungsprojekten• Wettbewerbsfähigkeit / Innovationsfähigkeit

1. Understand your current situation = processes, landscape, challenges, strategic business priorities, things that are beyond IT.
2. Start early and hands-on (system), involving key users and business stakeholders
3. Define the team, Define the stakeholder/sponsor
4. Fiori and Embedded Analytics – start lean, but don’t miss it!
5. Start to do the technical homework (SAP Tools e.g.readines check, BSR 2.0). Asses relevance and impact of “Simplifications”, decide how to deal with them, implement and manage the change.
6. Innovations can be implemented in a later phase, but should be planned upfront
7. Plan time for data migration and data cleansing due to changes in the data model
8. Focus and manage expectations, do clear and regular communication.
