Hello, As a new user of Checklick, we are writing to you to let you know about Checklick and some exciting improvements we’re making to Checklick in 2013. Last August, we invited every user of Checklick to participate in our online survey. We also hit the road, and visited many clubs using Checklick to listen to everyone’s feedback. We heard from instructors and sailing school managers across the country, and we’ve used all that feedback to make Checklick even better. Here are a few highlights: • Your instructors will be able to update several sailor’s checklists at once. For example, if 10 sailors successfully demonstrate a tack, your instructors can select all 10 sailors, and updated each of their checklists with just a couple clicks. • We’ve greatly improved our class list filters. You’ll be able to easily see a list of sailors registered in specific courses by specific date ranges. Filters now have “memory”, meaning if you filter your sailor list, when you return to the sailor list page, your filters will still be in place. • We’ve also made the process of adding sailors much faster. In fact, when you start adding a new sailor, Checklick will auto-populate that sailor’s details if they already have a CANSail profile (even from another sailing school). The biggest improvement of Checklick however, is our online registration service. If you use another online registration service, or are accepting cash/cheque only, now is a great time to consider using Checklick’s to accept credit card and Interac payments online. Not only is Checklick an easy payment system to set up (just fill in the blanks and you’re up and running in minutes) but Checklick is now the most flexible. In 2013, your customers can purchase multiple sailing lessons at once, and you have the ability to offer a wide range of discounts and promotions (such as early bird, family and member discounts, BYOBoat, etc). Checklick is offered through the Nova Scotia Yachting Association as part of the CANSail package. Sign our one-page online registrati on agreement, and send it to us along with a void cheque.
Once we receive your agreement and cheque, we’ll acti vate your online registrati on site (usually within the hour).
We’ll also send you a web link (i.e. sailingclub.checklick.com) which you can use in your promoti onal material and on your web site.
