• This full reverse costing study has been conducted to provide insight on technology data,

manufacturing cost and selling price of the Cavendish Kinetics 32CK417R Antenna Tuner MEMS.

• It is the first Antenna Tuner MEMS manufactured by Cavendish Kinetics for consumer applications.

It combines a tunable MEMS capacitor with a controller ASIC in a WLCSP package.

• The 32CK417R component integrates an RF antenna tuner MEMS with a high voltage IC die from

Tower Jazz.

• The RF antenna tuner die comes in a WLCSP from STATS ChipPAC.

• The 32CK417R applications: LTE Smartphones,

Tablets,

Wearable Devices.

It covers the entire set of frequency bands and provides consistently high antenna efficiency,
