Esta aplicación es una adhesión química que se convierte en permanente sobre toda la superfi cie manteniéndose estable a los ciclos alternados de exposición de rayos UVA y condensación.Spazia-Antical sella el poro del cristal evitando la absorción de conta-minantes y polución, ayudando a prevenir el deterioro causado por las manchas y la corrosión. Como resultado reduce notablemente la frecuencia de limpieza del cris-tal y los costes de mantenimiento.

EASY ASSEMBLY WITHOUT DRILLING WITHOUT SILICONES

En su afán de facilitar el montaje de mamparas, Spazia, presenta el sistema “easy place”.

Este sistema permite acoplar el vidrio templado dentro de los perfi les a pared sin tener que usar siliconas de poliuretano entre vidrio-perfi l y perfi l-pared.

Esto supone una ventaja considerable no solo en la primera instalación sino en posibles roturas de los vidrios.

Con los métodos actuales, el vidrio va sellado y siliconado al perfi l. Esto supone un tiempo de espera hasta su completo secado. Con el sistema “easy place”, en el mismo momento de fi nalizar el montaje de la mam-para estará lista para usarse.

Con los sistemas de colocación convencionales, en caso de rotura, hay que sustituir tanto el vidrio como el perfi l, ya que una vez pegados es imposible separar ambos elementos.

Con “easy place” solo tendrá que acoplar el vidrio de manera sencilla dentro del perfi l, evitando tener que sustituir toda la perfi lería.

Con la incorporación de nuevos materiales como las tuberías de PVC o Polibutileno, se corre el riesgo de perforar dichos conductos al taladrar las paredes del baño, ya que pasan desapercibidas a los detectores de metales.

Con “easy place” no tendrá ningún riesgo, debido a que la unión entre perfi l y pared se resuelve mediante un adhesivo de doble cara con una excelente prestación que puede llegar a alcanzar un poder de adheren-cia de 1250 cN/cm.

Este adhesivo va incorporado en los perfi les a pared y actúa fi elmente en una amplia gama de temperaturas (de –30º a 120ºC), estando indi-cada para aplicaciones interiores y exteriores gracias a su resistencia a la humedad y a la intemperie.

El sistema “easy place” hace posible reducir la instalación de una mampara a 1/4 parte de lo que se tarda actualmente, siendo un sistema valorado y apreciado por los profesionales y montadores especializados.

In the endeavour to facilitate the assembly of enclosures, Spazia presents the “Easy Place” system.

This system allows assembly of the tempered glass into the profi les and onto the wall without the use of polyurethane silicones between the glass-to-profi le, and between profi le-to-wall.

This o� ers a considerable advantage, not only in OE installation, but also in the occurrence of possible glass breakage .

With the present methods the glass is sealed and silicone-glued to the profi le. This implies a waiting time until full drying. With the “Easy Place”, when the assembly of the enclosure is completed, the unit is ready for use.

In the conventional assembly systems, and in case of breakage, both the glass and the profi le must be replaced because once glued together it is impossible to separate the elements.

With “Easy Place”, only the glass must be re-assembled into the profi le, avoiding the replacement of the whole profi le.

With the introduction of new materials such as PVC or Polybutilene piping, there is a risk that said piping can be perforated when drilling the walls of the bathroom, since they are invisible to metal detectors.

With “Easy Place” there is no risk, since joining profi le and wall is solved by means of a double-face high-performance adhesive which can reach an adhesion of 1250 µN/cm.

This adhesive is incorporated between the profi le and the wall and per-forms very well within a wide range of temperatures (from -30º to 120ºC), and is specifi ed for interior and exterior applications thanks to its humidity and weather resistance.

The “Easy Place” system makes it possible to reduce the installation time of an enclosure to 1/4 of the present time, making it a system valued and appreciated by the professionals and specialized installers..

Condiciones de pagoHasta la concesión de la oportuna clasifi cación y riesgo, los pri-meros pedidos serán abonados mediante pago anticipado, una vez pasado este trámite, se podrá solicitar giro a 30 días, siem-pre que el informe fi nanciero sea favorable. Cualquier importe impagado en su fecha de vencimiento devengará de forma au-tomática, sin previo aviso al tipo de interés legal mas un 3% de diferencial mas los gastos ocasionados por el impago.

Transporte y SeguroLos gastos de envío dentro de la península en pedidos supe-riores a 100 € serán sufragados por Spazia Glass S.L. En caso de que la mercancía sufriera daños ocasionados por el transpor-te, el cliente deberá notifi car a Spazia Glass S.L a la recepción del envío. Para ello aconsejamos inspeccionar el contenido del embalaje a la entrega de este y en el caso en que haya alguna anomalía, se tendrá que enviar un parte de incidencia antes de las 24 horas siguientes a la recepción del pedido. La no comu-nicación de alguna incidencia por parte del comprador, exime a Spazia Glass S.L de cualquier compromiso de sustitución. El cliente es el único responsable de la mercancía desde el mismo momento de su recepción.

Devolución de mercancíasNo serán admitidas devoluciones de mercancías sin el consenti-miento previo de Spazia Glass S.L .Toda devolución improceden-te, excepto aquella que sea atribuible a culpa o error de Spazia Glass S.L, conllevará la obligación para el comprador de abonar el 40% del valor de compra, en concepto de gastos de manipu-lación, administración, embalaje, etc. La devolución del pedido deberá realizarse por el comprador a portes pagados.

GarantíaTodos nuestros productos están garantizados de acuerdo a la Normativa Europea vigente por un plazo de 24 meses desde la fecha de entrega. La garantía no cubre en ningún caso de-fectos provocados por un montaje incorrecto o efectuado por personal que carezca de autorización expresa y por escrito de Spazia Glass S.L, así como el uso inadecuado o impropio de los productos, malos tratos, utilización de productos de limpieza ex-tremadamente agresivos, deterioros no imputables al producto. Nuestra garantía cubre única y exclusivamente la sustitución del producto con la exclusión de cualquier otra compensación, montaje o desplazamiento. Queda expresamente excluida de esta garantía cualquier rotura de vidrio templado. Como reco-mendación, antes de transportarse a grandes distancias nuestro producto constituido por material muy frágil, el comprador debe comprobar que las características, dimensiones, acabados y esta-do son correctos y coinciden plenamente con el pedido realizado.

Devolución de PedidosComo norma general, Spazia Glass S.L, no admite devolucio-nes. En caso excepcional de una devolución , ésta deberá ser de-bidamente solicitada y autorizada por escrito por Spazia Glass S.L. En ningún caso se hará devolución de producto fabricado a medida.

As from the moment the customer places his order to Spazia Glass S.L., it shall be considered that he accepts the conditions stated below.

ProductsThe photographs and descriptions of the products appearing in this catalogue shall be understood as informative only. Spazia Glass S.L. reserves the right to partially or totally modify the pro-ducts, without prior notice, if it should deem it necessary.

Payment TermsUntil the corresponding classifi cation and credit risk have been granted, the fi rst orders shall be paid in advance; once this for-mality has been cleared, a 30 days’ draft can be requested on the condition that the fi nancial report is favourable. Any amount outstanding on the due date shall automatically and without prior notice bear the legal interest plus a 3 % di� erential plus costs incurred by non-payment.

Transportation and InsuranceDelivery costs within the Iberian peninsula for orders exceeding 100 € shall be borne by Spazia Glass S.L. In case the goods are damaged during transport the customer shall notify Spa-zia Glass S.L. upon arrival of the goods, and for that purpose we advise the customer to inspect the contents of the package upon delivery, and in case of any anomaly, notifi cation of inci-dence shall be given within 24 hours from receipt of the order. Failure by the purchaser to report the anomaly shall exempt Spazia Glass S.L. from any obligation to replace the goods. The customer is the only one responsible for the goods as from the moment of receipt.

Return of MerchandiseNo merchandise may be returned without the previous consent of Spazia Glass S.L. Any unmotivated return, except that attri-butable to fault or error by Spazia Glass S.L., shall imply pay-ment of 40 % of the order value to cover costs of handling, admi-nistration, packaging, etc. The return delivery of the order shall be carried out and borne by the purchaser.

GuaranteeAll our products are guaranteed according to the valid European Norm for a period of 24 months from delivery date. The guaran-tee shall in no case cover defects caused by incorrect assembly or if carried out by personnel not holding explicit authorization by Spazia Glass S.L., as well as the inadequate or improper use of the products, miss-handling, use of extremely aggressive cle-aning agents, or deterioration not imputable to the product. This guarantee explicitly excludes any breakage of the tempered glass. For showers and baths in a corner, measure form the wall up to the edge of the base plate or the bath.

For showers with only one wall, measure from the wall to the end of the base plate.
